    That's what I'm thinking I'm afraid it either in the t case or the rear end internals. I can do the outer hubs of the rear axle no problem but internals I haven't adventured into fixing those before....

    running lean. please help

    It's in the ds exhaust manifold. How can you tell it's running lean? Did you check for vac leaks?

    Does it have a cable or linkage for shifting? If it's a cable, it sounds like the same issue I had with a full size van I put a shift cable on. It needed to be adjusted.

    Well when working properly, at slow speeds (like you are asking about) the evo system is supposed to provide 100% steering assist. When you accelerate its supposed to cut the steering assist back to provide a "firmer" feel in the steering wheel. Not sure what you mean by "extra" line...
