    Clutch time (LS + nv3500)

You have an ls engine correct? If so, its not a good idea to run a sbc clutch with that setup. Better to use a clutch set from a ls truck that had a manual trans. I used luk 04201 clutch set from rockauto behind my mild build 6.0L I also used nfw1050 flywheel.

Haven't done much to it since then, busy getting stuff in order to build our house. I'm trying to find the time to build bumpers, I have a a sheet of 3/16" that keeps staring at me. I also modified a stock FPR to make it adjustable, hoping to put that in to see if it makes a diffrence. Other...

    SAS with snow plow?

Has anybody ever ran a snow plow with a SAS truck? I'll be building a house next year on an long access road that i'll have to maintain. I would rather make my truck more useful and plow with it instead of buying a plow truck. The welder will have to come out. Just wondering if anybody has...

Replacing rear yoke, is this the right one?

the pinion spline count is 30 for 14 bolt sf and I believe 10 bolt as well. The 33 spline you keep seeing if for the axle shafts.

Rebuilding NP241C for use with NV4500

I did the same thing on my case from a 90's full size blazer (only difference being passenger drop). You seem to have everything covered. check the chain for slack, its cheaper in the long run to buy a complete kit with bearings, seals and chain if its loose.

    Anti wrap/torque arm

Anyone run one of these on their truck? I am looking in to one but I want to know if they helped much? The kits i've seen on WFO concepts and TMR custom are for axle tube mounting. I'm wondering if anyone has done a diff mounted one since i have barely any room with the fuel tank on one side and...

    solid axle swap questions

You can make a np205 work as well, ( http://www.gmt400.com/forum/showthread.php?262-VSS-ing-a-NP205 ). There is some machining required but if you have a 205 lying around it might be worth it. I found it difficult to find my 241 since theres only 2 years they were made with the electonic vss.

    94 C2500 SAS

X2 I have a Offroad Designs kit installed on my truck with a 2wd frame. my brackets are a little taller than the frame but thats because the 2wd frames are not as tall as the 4wd ones, still fits well.

    95 z71 6.0 swap sas swap questions

47" springs will ride a little more like a truck (little stiffer), depending on the brand. As others have said 52" will ride and flex better, you'll want to have a sway bar and/or a trac bar with 52" springs since they are usually softer. I have 4" BDS lift springs(47") with the ORDesigns...
