RPM and MPH Gauge Error
I have a 1997 K1500 pickup and both my rpm and mph gauges are not reading correctly. They are both reading higher than the actual rpm/mph, and seem to get farther off as rpm or speed increases. Increasing Fuel Pressure on Spider Injectors
Does anyone have any experience increasing fuel pressure on the spider injectors? Its my understanding that there is a torx adjustment screw on the fuel pressure regulator. K1500 starter issues
I have a 97 k1500 with 300,000 miles. 411pcm, cam, long tubes. ive been having some issues lately with the starter. Best muffler to use with long tube headers?
Any ideas on the best muffler setup when running long tubes with no cats? I currently have a 2.5in dual in dual out thrush welded muffler and its a little loud. Im getting a thin metal ticking noise. What can i do to smooth out the sound without loosing too much volume? I was thinking of maybe... -
4l60e 2-3 shift Please Help
I have a 97 k1500 with a gm remanufactured 4l60e. The 2-3 upshift is harsh and I dont know what to do. It is worse at low rpms, and almost non existent at high rpms. Any idea what could be causing this? Im almost ready to give up and get another transmission.- chris2323

3rd gear clunk
I have a 97 k1500 with a 4l60e. Whenever it shifts from 2nd to 3rd at a low rpm i get a clunk noise. If i floor it, the noise does not occur. Any ideas of what could be causing this? Im 100% confident that its not my u-joints because i just replaced them. Please help! Thanks- chris2323
