Unable to get into 4WD Low

Fender and Inner - Do you install as one unit?
I'm about to replace the fenders and inner fenders on my 94 Chevy 3500. I removed them as one unit. Would it be easier to install them both as a unit already bolted together or install the inner first and then the fender? Thanks Todd- PEIslander

Any idea what this is clamped to my rear axle?

Frozen Starter Issue

Water Leak Passenger Side
My 94 3500 has a water leak on the passenger side. If I pour water on the windshield it almost immediately starts dripping near the blower motor. Trying to install 8 bolt center caps on my stock rims
A friend gave me a nice set of factory Chevy plastic 8 bolt center caps for my 94 3500 SRW truck. The fronts installed without any problem however the plastic nuts on the caps wont "grab" the threads on the rear lug nuts. My truck has the full floating rear end.
