From my experience, '88-'91 is most likely NOT going to decode... I have only got results on ONE out of the 8 I've tried. I pay a monthly fee for 30 VINs a month. I don't mind running them for anyone. Takes a few seconds. I'm sure it would come in handy for you salvage yard shoppers to know...- 1ton-o-fun
