    I got the replacement fuel hose that's rated for being submerged in fuel. Once I got everything put back together the truck runs again. :-D Thank you for the help.

    I took apart the hose connecting the pump to the hard line and this is what I found. The large black glob next to the screwdrivers on the rag was in the end of the steel line.

    I need to buy a replacement hose still. I'm not sure of the size, so I'll probably have to take this one apart to determine what to get. Thankfully the inside of the tank looks quite clean!

    It turns out the vent for the front end was plugged by mud daubers. Once those were removed the leak stopped.

    I really feel like a genius. My wires were offset by one post. Lesson learned there. Started right up after that was corrected. Later on it started dieing randomly - turns out the ICM also needed to be replaced. Now it's running good.
