    I would do it yourself or have someone local rebuild it when/if it's needed. I don't like dealing with people online or over the phone on issues such as engines and transmissions. That way if you ever have a problem you can take it back to them.

    If it was me, before I threw any more parts at it, I'd pull the upper intake off and take a look at that distributor gear. I'd bet my bottom dollar that gear is worn. I know that the hard start WILL get worse as the engine heats up with a worn gear. You've replaced almost everything fuel...

    Have you pulled the plugs since changing them? What do they look like? Fuel pressure with the key off should be higher than 60 psi. Try clamping the return line and doing the same thing, pressure should be above 75 psi. Getting any codes? Sent from the Green Mile

    Could be the O2 sensors. If it's thinking there's too much fuel it'll tell the computer to start cutting back. Those plugs appear awfully white. Other things to check might be the crankshaft sensor, and as mentioned, the distributor gear. It seems to me that the fuel pressure should be higher...

    If you're referring to the license plate lights, they should get power from the tail lights. What happened to the ones that came on bumper? They should be wired.

    I agree. Some flares would add to the look. I've never been a huge fan of those wheels either. Some PYO's would be nice too along with some cab lights. This is a sharp truck.
