5.7 tbi DTC 44 backfiring and missing intermittently.

Just got my 90' k1500 on the road and 2 day's later it gets a cel,starts missing and backfires if I stay in it. The code shows to be lean bank 1. I have a new fuel pump, filter's, plug's, wire's, cap and rotor. Any idea's what it may be?

88-93ish factory tow mirrors.

Over the year's I see older GMT400's with the regular side mirrors but they slide out to act as tow mirrors. I assume they are modified to slide out. Anyone who knows what I am talking about please tell me is this OE or custom made I would also like to see pictures of anything y'all can find...
