Tortsion bars question

Ive got a 91 K1500, The screws on my tortion bars is missing. The front end looks as if it's been lowered. What's the easiest and best way to get it back up to the proper ride height/level and get the the right pressure on them? I'm also planning on putting new torque keys on it also. I also...

High performance V6 4.3L
