    Yeah I would start with any vacuum leak. tighten up the throttle body bolts, look for bad vacuum lines, bad iac, brake booster grommet dryrotted, etc. Bone stock it is weak anyway. High idle is usually vacuum leak somewhere.

    Thanks! Not much fun putting it in with 95 degrees high humidity on asphalt. It is not the easiest thing to do on a lifted 4x4 92’. Worst part was my upgraded polyurethane moter mounts. Had to grind the mounts Witha dremel tool.

    I already have the megasquirt II and assembled it. I did some bench testing with it with a spare tbi unit and spare sensors. It seems like it should work ok. The truck barely gets driven. It is more of a toy than anything else.
