Key in ignition sound

Chime only sounds when the key is in the ignition, and it sounds as log as the key is in, it does not matter what position the switch is in.

I had a shift cable installed and when I got the truck back the ignition alarm will not turn off. Mechanic can't help, any ideas? It is a 1996 K1500. Thanks, Brian

Rear frame mount cab bracket

The truck sat for about 6 years in the driveway of a friend's ex-husband's driveway. She wanted it gone so she gave it to me, it runs and drives, getting intake gaskets replaces along with the cheap ass distributor and a few other things. I took it home and put gas in it and it fired right up...

Maybe 1 side but the one on my profle pick is shot. Maybe a big washer on one side.

Hello, Looked around in here and was not able to find either a place to buy or a good plan on replacing the rear can mounts on my 1996 C1500 standard cab Silverado. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I also checked LMC Truck and I could not find any in the catalogue and as of this post...
