From this post i will make the nbs MC swap. And now i feel safe to order the 3500drw caliper. Ive read countless hours for regarding brake upgrades on this forum, and it feels no matter how much you read you still forget half what youve read earliel lol... I really cant thank you guys enough...

No, stock ABS still working. Good to know it wont work with gmt400 abs system, kinda sucks, would have wanted to keep abs, our winters are very icy up here in northern europe... Any other "better brake feel" MC alternatives to work with gmt400 abs system? Guess not.. Does it brake the abs unit...

I hope im not beating a dead horse here, but im upgrading brakes for my '98 C1500 Suburban 5.7 Im ordering new calipers, rotors and pads, so just to clarify; are those K3500 DRW calipers w/ biggest piston a direct bolt on to my C1500? Or are gmt400 calipers specific to drivetrain 4x4 K series...

Cheap Swap Headers

Long time since this but so how did these work out for you? Im in a same boat, doing 6.0 ls swap for my '98 burb c1500 and also looking for some dirt cheap china headers from ebay... Did they fit with slight hammering/massaging or needed modifying by cutting & welding? I can modify if necessary...
