Z71 package differences
What exactly did the Z71 get you on the GMT400s? Was is all bolt on extras with a G80 rear end? Did the Suburbans have z71 option then and was it different than the pickup? I know now that a Z71 GM truck seems to be a fancy trim package with strut spacers- Kevco2

To powdercoat or not to powdercoat??
With the whole front end off of my truck, I have been considering having the stamped 4x4 lower control arms powdercoated at a local shop. When I called and asked, they said parts have to be squeaky clean and brought in just to get a ballpark estimate on cost. Which I do kind of understand but...- Kevco2

2-in-1 Rust Reform & Seal frame paint
I have my 1997 Suburban 4x4 up on the lift with the whole front end off and out of the way. Im a New England guy and rust is the ultimate enemy to every vehicle I hold near and dear. Running NBS wheels on OBS Suburban
