Seat covers for full bench with flip down console.

Hey everyone. Now that my truck is road worthy it’s time to work on some creature comforts and the interior. I am looking for options to cover the seats that won’t break the bank. The problem is I have not found any compatible covers at all for my crew cab front split. It is as pictured below...

Thanks for posting those! I will be sure to give bleeding that a shot. Managed to get two dump runs in today and a quick wash. Didn’t take long to put it to work! Somewhat clean pictures of the outside. Didn’t get too carried away as it it supposed to snow this week.

New power steering pump solved the problem. Now I’ve noticed I have no cylinder #1. Have spark. Guess that means I need to double check the injector wiring. I had bench tested all the injectors before installing them so I have a hard time thinking it’s a bad injector.

Took it out for its first test burn last night. All was good except: I had forgotten to tighten one hose clamp on a heater hose so it blew off and lost most of my coolant. Luckily I wasn’t too far from home. Junkyard NV4500 shifts well and in all gears(wahoo!). One major problem is weak...

Got the rear brake lines all installed and bled. E brake cables installed, and the rest of the front clip installed. Drove it around the yard for the first time today... feels good. Still have some loose ends to tidy up before it’s road worthy. Maybe it’ll be on the road this coming weekend.

IAC was the problem... fired up and had the startup high idle for a few seconds then settled into a nice low idle. Sounds great!

Double checked vacuum leaks... none to be found. Removed iac and tried cycling with key on/off, no movement in iac. Had someone start it with my finger blocking inside iac port. I could regulate the idle down to spec using my finger as a temp iac plunger. Guess I need a new iac valve? Should...

Not quite road worthy yet otherwise I would. No change when I unplug the IAC, I thought there should be a change. No CEL yet, sprayed and no vacuum leaks. I’ll look into testing the iac tomorrow

Got all the misc wiring for the engine done. Filled with fluids and flashed it up. Fired up 2 seconds in to the first crank! Sounds awesome once the power steering system bled. Ran it for 10-15 min at 2 k to help break in the stamped rockers. Checking fluids all the time. Only problem is it...

Removed the steering box, removed pitman arm and replaced pitman shaft seals. Bolted steering box back up, deleted evo from the power steering pump. Got the fan, and fan shroud installed, and upper and lower rad hoses. Was a productive 2 hours. Any suggestions for the hydro boost power...

Been working as much as possible in the evenings to get this thing rolling. Once done I can post more detailed updates. This weekends big project was exhaust. Installed a new to me(from pick a part) 3” dual with x pipe flopro exhaust system. Looking forward to hearing what it sounds like.

Late night trying to get some big stuff done. Fuel tank is back in and hooked up. Box is sitting on the frame(still needs paint). Will be getting painted next weekend. The raptor liner definitely likes to accumulate dust... guess we will see how it cleans up when the work is all done.

Rad support is mounted. Cab light harness is installed, just need to order new lenses. Liquid gold is in the nv4500. Doors are disassembled and ready for paint prep, along with front fenders, and hood.

When my GMT400 isn't enough...

In our 2000 k2500 Suburban with the 6.0 4l80e combo 4.10s and 285’s loaded up with with 3 kids and a trailer close to 7k lbs we get between 8.5 and 13mpg depending on driving style and mountain passes vs flat rd.
