    Speedo/mph not working and transmission not shifting

    Check continuity between VSS and buffer, 15 amp fuse, ground, likely something with buffer or signal to it because both speedo and trans are not working and they are separate feeds to ECM and cluster. Scan tool would also check for inputs to ECM.

    I welded the studs on the original mount and put everything on the truck. The hydoboost unit is from a 2004 Avalanche. I has the larger accumulator and came with the proportioning valve seen in the picture. I used it because it was readily available at the wrecking yard when I went there one day.
