TH700R4 SLIPPING 4TH GEAR

A/C system with R134a

hello guys . the restore of my Silverado 1990 stepside still going. A/ C doesn't run , maybe the gas system is empty. question : can be fill the system with R134a , or need to upgrade system with a news Compressor, hose and filter ? thanks

Suspension bushing kit prothane or similar

I'm starting to rubuild arm suspension.. if need replace rubber bushing , i beleive to install bushing kit as Prothane or similar , but i don't know the difference from rubber to plastic material . Is there anyone that has install ? Thanks

choice spark plugs

i want replace spark plugs on my 1990 C 1500 5.7 truck. i must buy in internet, but there are many . based your experience what you suggest ? manufacture? iridium? platinum ? normal ? ps. have suggestion also for spark plug cables ? (if I need to change those too) thanks to everybody
