    5 4l60e transmissions.

Okay guys, I'm about to loose my damn mind. I have a 1995 gmc seirra k1500, 4x4 4l60e trans and all stock. So I bought the truck with no 2nd gear and drove it until it lost all gears (knew the trans was bad). Oredered a rebuilt transmission from a place in Bay City, MI. So this when it gets fun...

    Voltage issues

Well good news I am not sure where or why it isn't grounded but I hooked jumper cables from the negative of the battery to a random looking bolt on the body and it worked right away so there must have been a broken ground somewhere somehow? One maybe I didn't see but that was the fix thanks...

    Voltage issues

I didn't Check the voltage by the fuse block but I can check it tomorrow. And the voltage putting out was I think 14.7 or 14.8 so the alt. Is putting out good. I'll go ahead and check the grounds and the voltage by the fuse block when it's daylight. Do you think it could be a positive cable issue?

And they both work fantastic. Inside the cab however is another story. I have a voltage display on...

    Blower motor wires melting

So I have a 1995 gmc seirra 5.7 1/2 ton and i was having issues with my heater. I know my climate control panel is messed up (no junkyard around that has the 95 one and haven't wanted to buy the new one for a 100+) but whenever i would hit the glovebox the blower would turn back on the other...
