    Google says: 10,000 to 10,300 lbs I imagine that is with a weight distribution hitch. As far as brakes, the part numbers match up the 2500's

    Found this, talking to the guy and planning to look at it this weekend. 02 1500HD, 103k. Has the 6.0, 4l80e, not sure what rear end yet... 1500hd seems like a good mix of the 2500 and 1500.

    I just went and looked at this truck over lunch. Found rust where I didn't like it being. It was also a bit more worn than the pictures led me to believe. The PO didn't put a lot of miles on it, but they were hard miles!

    This may be blasphemy, but I think I have settled on a NNBS that should be able to handle the duties... 2008 WT package, 5.3, 3.73, g80, factory tow package with external tranny cooler, 100k miles. I think it is rated at either 8300 or 8500 max towing, should be able to handle a boat with ease...

    I have been searching for 2 days... within 200 miles, I can't find ANYTHING that doesn't have 270k miles and has been beat to death, or the seller isn't asking a platinum price. I asked one to send me a pic of the sticker with the RPO codes on it and she thought I was a scammer... *bang head*
