    I don't care about damaging the column. I'm really just pulling the drivetrain from the truck, the interior is pretty much junk anyway. I'm not going to be on-site buying it, I'm doing it online and will be having it shipped.

    The TBI setup won't be that hard to tune really, it's a pretty simple setup. If I can get a complete parts truck I am not opposed to swapping the entire harness and injection setup off of the Vortec motor.

    Got my NV4500 swap. For some reason a dude swapped an NV4500 in good shape into this massive turd and then sold it to me dirt cheap. And he threw in another OBS parts truck for free. Now just need to find some Vortec heads or a complete Vortec motor and I can start the transformation.
