    Have you run into this problem or has someone else? I think the intake vacuum alone should be within the control window of the ECM to compensate for small changes in back-pressure.

    Mine was tucked into the wiring harness shield thingy and cut short with no connector or anything. I attached it to the intake manifold ground near the temp sensor.

    SOLVED!!! Yup that did it. Oxygen sensor is reading great now. Only issue now is i'm getting some spark knock - but its probably just from fuel trims that are way out of wack. I hope the computer will work it out soon! Moral of the story: Get an exact service manual for your truck Check...

    This is the third sensor I’ve put in there. Currently I think it is the Bosch 13077. The sensor seems to be reacting as it should. I did the test where I simulate a lean condition and a rich condition.

    I returned that EGR valve and got a real OEM replacment. Fits great, works great, issue still present. :banghead: I got a MAP sensor code, i'm going to try testing that.

    It’s got a new egr solenoid and the valve works. The port was cleaned 2 weeks ago when I had the heads apart. When the code sets it meets code 13 perfectly. I’d be really interested to see if someone is producing the same voltage as me from the o2 harness side to ground KOEO. About 1.5v
