    Yeah it’s strange what your truck is doing. But I know with mine, even though the fob was brand new last summer, it can be pretty finicky. And it’s an ACDelco one too. It works when it wants to, and usually takes a few presses unless I get lucky and it works on the first try.

    I tried this with my truck and my remote still works with the engine running. Factory keyless entry (AU0 RPO code).

    For the fun of it, my last few tanks have been ethanol free gas. I’m not 100% sure, but I think it’s made my exhaust a bit more tolerable. Still stinks and still sticks to clothes though, but it’s not burning my nose anymore.

    I have wondered about these too. I don’t have a fancy radio right now, so this would be an easy way to add a backup camera display. I’ll be curious of what you think of it if you end up doing it. For me, a backup camera would be nice but I can live without it.

    Sounds like I’ll be replacing more parts, as expected. I’ll definitely update this thread once I do! I’m hoping for good results and I would imagine after a new compressor, condenser, receiver/drier, and flushing the evaporator core and lines that it should help out a lot.
