Lower control arm bushings worth it

Hello all, I have an upper ball joint going bad on my 97 K1500. I figure for the price, it would be worth replacing the whole upper control arm as a unit and get new bushings. Is it worth pulling the lower control arms and replacing those bushings too? Truck has 250K so i’m sure they are...

Issues only when hot
