    looking at the 11 blade ACDelco composite for the 5.7 vortec, would it fit the clutch fan on my 5.7 TBI, bolt pattern looks the same, or should/can I put vortec pump on my TBI engine.

    Rear sway bar link issue -- 97 Suburban

    I put a ‘97 suburban rear sway on my ‘94 C1500. ‘97 Tahoe links cut, turned 90* and cut out 3/4” and rewelded. Looks good works good.

    Thanks for that info, that’s good stuff, your right I have trailing shoe, adjuster above axel (brilliant) am doing the brake release thing that’s was suggested. Everything else was do. Guess I’ll live with low pedal, but good brakes. Thanks for all your responses.

    TBI, In cab fuel pressure gauge

    Seems like there’s no easy way to check fuel pressure, especially while driving. Glow shift has s 0-30psi electric gauge, ( I have18lb spring in tbi) it’s made for diesel, but will work on any return fuel system. Anyone have in cab fuel pressure gauge. Seems like it would remove a lot of TBI...

    I have a brake mic. Shoes are hitting drum, there’s no air in system. Everything is better than brand new, stops on a dime near perfect brakes....but,,it’s got a low, very solid, but low pedal.

    I used a swimming pool Styrofoam pad. little lees than 1/4' thick, used my old one for pattern.. put on about 4 coats of black rubberized paint. been in the Az sun for 4 years now

    5.7l injectors in a 7.4l TBI

    The 7.4 TBI is off a ‘89 3500.. I have my manifold bored to accept 2” bore. I have a set of 5.7 injectors, I have replaced stock fuel pump with high pressure pump. So maybe police injectors or 7.4. Just thought 7.4 were to much. It’s going in a ‘94 C1500.

    balanced and blueprinted 5.7l, cam, 2.02 fulie heads.MSD and headers, my plan is to run a 7.4l TBI unit, it flows 740cfm. with 5.7l injectors, anyone done this? opinions, advice.?.

    headlight wire harness

    I got -free- 2 HID wire harnesses,[no bulbs] all brand new, I can wire it all up, pretty much plug and play in to stock headlights. where and how is best place to wire the 3 wires for headlight switch, red,white and black. into stock harness. I guess hi-low beam wires.???
