    96 K1500 Low Oil Pressure

    I replaced my oil pressure switch, and went back to 5w30. Went to 10w40 initially with same low pressure symptoms. I now run Castrol Edge 5w30 high mileage oil and a Wix filter at 270k on 97 K1500 5.7L and all is good. Hope this helps

    Got my bed at a salvage yard, because original had unrepairable side. Tailgate came from LKQ. All other parts I picked up from LMC(rubber seal, trim, specialty hardware), Rock Auto and Amazon.

    Just my experience, but aftermarket fenders are the worst to put on. I would use LKQ or somewhere local to grab as many used parts as you can for body repairs.

    They're O2 spacers. I had O2 issues for years. Replaced everything with ignition and fuel system, and exhaust is all new. Probably do not need them anymore, but left them anyway.

    Summit and AZ websites state the Bosal setup is Stainless. My Evan Fisher cats are stainless, about 6 years old and look new still, they just sound bad. I just read several articles that state Magnaflow now owns Bosal USA.

    Steel Braided Brake lines.

    Upgrade your Master cylinder to the NBS, to eliminate squishy brakes. Skyjacker also makes braided hoses for 4x4 trucks. I installed the NBS MC and braided lines, and now I'm having to relearn how to drive my truck. Tremendous difference in braking power!

    Boss radios suck, real bad.. Had one, and will never own another. They make speakers sound horrible. Go with Kenwood or pioneer.. I have the Kenwood DDX6706S. It does Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Actually installed same unit in 3 of my cars, and it's been great.
