    your looking at about 200 bucks for a pair of new manifolds from rockauto, i picked up a set of headers for 150 off of ebay, so if you want sound wise go for headers, if your trying to keep stock go with a new set of manifolds that are made by Dorman Auto Parts

    it is the coolant temp sensor, there's the one on the side of the block which I believe runs the temp gauge, and then there should be one on the intake manifold

    From 5 lug to 6 lug

    it has been done, the way that I did it on my 90 is I got the hub and spindle kit for 2wd non-HD 2500 and the axle out of a 90's 1500 4x4, the joints match up, if you got the time and money to do it is well worth doing
