    Has anyone wired auxiliary bed lighting to their factory cargo lamp switch?

    I have a 96 c1500 with a bed cover. The cargo lamp switch convenient on the dash but is pretty much useless since the cover blocks the light.     Why don't my turn signals alternate between the side marker and the parking light?

    I noticed that when I use my turn signal all three bulbs (2 for the forward facing parking light and 1 for the corner/side marker) flash at the same time.     I am having some play/wobble on my column shifter and the lever will not go all the way down to 1.
