    Well after looking at it again, doesn't seem to be anything leaking out around it so I'm not going to mess with it. I could see myself creating a problem out of nothing. So I got the radiator in, but didn't pickup the studs for the water pump pulley so gotta get that tomorrow. Next question...

    Yes there's a thread about that sure, but unless the donor cluster has the SAME gears and tire size (in stock form) your speedometer will be off unless you modify the INTERNAL DRAC of the cluster. I say INTERNAL in caps because I spent a few hours chasing an imaginary external DRAC in my truck...

    I'm currently swapping a '91 'needle w/tach' cluster into my '90 350/5spd Cheyenne. It's a bit more complicated then working with the GMT-800 clusters. If you're close, I'd dam near give you my 5 gauge moonie.

    I'm not sure about your situation. But I'd dare say it's almost a direct swap. You'll have to burn in a DRAC switch to your new 'moonie' cluster in order to calibrate the speedo if it's from a truck with different stock gears and size tires. Does the back of your cluster look like this?
