your best bet is to replace it. its probably the original one from new I went thru cleaning the one on our 5.3 Denali Envoy code cleared passed inspection for a sticker and code was back a short time later replaced it no light going on a year and a half now

that is a fleet color not sure how to find the code for it but there are a few gm trucks at my buddies salvage yard that came in from a town highway and school dept and they are that exact same green I can see if the rpo codes are still in the trucks
