Weird metal on magnetic drain plug..what do you think it is??

Bingo you have your answer for the part... the side of the lifter bottom.

Riddle me this... hot start 'N dies, miss / cut out only in summer

Sticking EGR valve that is almost closed but stuck just open enough to drop vacuum and cause hard start (low vacuum) and low speed skip with no codes. HTH

A/C Compressor Lost all of it's oil last night.

This is not anything you did or did not do. This style compressor had a high failure rate of the housing o-ring seals (located at the outer metal housing to the aluminum body). You will need to replace the compressor .HTH
