    You think I'm good to just put the standard shackle back on? I'm assuming the put this on when it was lifted in 1999. I thought that looked weird. It looks a little longer than a standard shackle, but it should be okay to just go stock?

    I will check that tomorrow! Here's a picture from today, the pinion is pointed up. That's bad right?? Lol I took it to a rear end shop and the owner took a quick look under and he said and eyeball look his guess is I'm +2° on the pinion and +2° on the TCase.

    I'm going through this process currently. Did you end up have to take the rubber boot cap thing off, or did you just yank the two pieces apart. It's a SOB trying to seperate that thing.

    Not just the bushing. I think the entire chunk of the housing has broke off along the top. It does fine in a strait line, but I do know that the rear gears were changed to 4.56. I hope they changed the fronts when they changed the rears but I am not 100% certain.

    To clarify, the truck does not shake when turning in 2wd, only 4wd. The actuator is what actually engages the 4wd right?

    Okay, I took the truck to the tuner and we copied this exactly and fuel gauge went to Empty when we had a full tank... any guesses as to why this would happen? Thanks for all your info and work.
