I'm glad I changed mine over, they seem to hold the tailgate better with the weight on it.

By the way, mine contact the bed side just below the passenger tail light. Do yours??

contact as in hit/rub? preventing the tailgate from closing right? I don't have problems with mine, got mine of a earlier model 400 truck.

So the chrome had been peeling and a couple spots, just a few small spots, then I decided to pressure wash it and strip it all off. End result colormatched grille

Looks better then a primer grey grille, I'll be ordering a billet aluminum bowtie and grille insert in a week.

I think the colormatch on the Chevy grille looks a lot better than chrome. Mines gonna be colormatched and the inserts painted satin black when my truck finally gets paint on it.

Thanks dudes!! Theres a few runs in it which revealed black lines but after multiple coats it covered up easily and its hardly noticeable!
