Little bit of info about fog light switches and Aux Light switch
The fog lamp switch would be in any truck ordered with factory fog lights (rare option, but many 2wd "sport" trucks had them). Fog lights in trucks and suvs were available 89-97, and then again on the Escalade/Denali/Tahoe z71/Tahoe limited from 99-00. The AUX lamp switch was in any police packaged tahoe, and in trucks with the pre-wiring for a roof beacon (usually truck with a snow plow or wrecker prep package). The AUX lamp switch will also fit in the center vertical stack in place of the cargo or rear hatch switch.

And some pictures :)

I have never had interest in the OEM switches for 88-94, just not many options, and i needed more than I could fit in the OEM spaces. These pictures are of 95-00 switches I collected over the years for my 99 and now are being held on to for a future project.

Left of IP: Aux Lamp; Horizontal stack: 4x4 horizontal, 2wd Fog Light

sweet thread.

on the 95-00 switches...are the top and bottom switches the same size on the vertical panel? I know the middle one is smaller.

And the auxiliary lamp switch, that mounts to the flat spot on the instrument panel trim?

Also, might be worth going over the different overhead panels and console pieces in this thread or a different thread too. Like the s10 vs. tahoe overhead console, s10 dic/blank silverado plate, tahoe rear AC switch/blank plate from a take without rear AC, s10 dome light lens/sunglasses holder, cupholder vs. cd holder and the coin holder thingy on the 95-00 consoles.

The top and bottom are the same overall size but they are a different retainer size.

Aux switch mounts to the left of the column with it's own special retainer. It also can replace the middle of the vertical stack.

As far as OH consoles, I have a write-up on another forum covering all the S-10, GMT400 and GMT800 console styles and some of the odd things they had.

Other than a bone yard or dealership, anybody know of a source for the "vertical filler panels" in post #2 above? (I looked but didn't see them listed in the LMC catalog)
