Installed this today. Man what a little self inflicted torture device this is. No instructions at all just a packing list.
The brackets will fit L/R with two possible positions on each bracket until you try to bolt the centerpiece on, then you're taking the brackets back off.
The tow hooks will fit but need switched side to side and longer bolts.
After 5 hours its on and i think it looks pretty good. Not everyone's cup of tea but i like em.

Looks identical to the one that came on my 99 Tahoe.

Electric fans report.
The electric fans seem to be working good so far. Today was 90F out on my drive home from work in stop and go traffic for a few miles.
Temps got up to 199.4F according to the Torque gauge. When moving it would drop to 194F. On a cooler day temps will normally read between 185f and 192f. I have a 195F thermostat installed.
The battery voltage usually runs 14.5 volts with both interior on low.
With the front and rear fan on high with ac on and radiator fans running the volts dropped to 13.9 but never lower in stop and go traffic.
So far a success i think but we will see when its 90F out and im pulling a 3 mile hill in the mountains at 10 mph!
Interested to see how it'll work out. I'm still debating on doing the Flex-A-Lite 294 fan, almost 7K CFM coupled with a 2500 CFM pusher fan up front and a big a$$ 2-core fully aluminum radiator to see if it makes a difference in cooling as well as freeing up a few ponies and maybe eeking out some better mileage.

Those are spendy, why not just get factory duals off a newer truck? They won't free up any power, but your AC should be colder at an idle.

Mine are the 280 version. Had them on for 5 months and im very happy with them. Install was easy and just work as they should, So far.
Heat of summer is just starting here so we will see how they perform.
I have the little poke in the radiator thermostat now but i am wondering if the one that mounts in the radiator hose would be better.

Refresh my memory, does this rig have a 411? I forget what the criteria is for the factory pusher fan to kick on, not sure if it would be feasible to trigger it with that.

What do the factory fans flow CFM wise? I was looking at Flex-A-Lite since there's tons of people out there running those fans reliably.
I may just wind up staying with the factory fan clutch while still doing the higher flowing pusher fan and big radiator.

Factory fan flow depends on engine RPM. Wound up no e-fan can match the factory fan, but it can be bested at a standstill.

I think the factory fan is 9000cfm? @ 1500rpm. I really don't know
