Uh, no, they're the same thing.AC Delco is not OEM, OEM is OEM. OEM can cost 2x what AC Delco garbage parts cost. AC Delco is a parts distributor, not manufacturer.

If they are already junk, agreed, but if you keep them clean they’ll last longer. It is a maintenance part.Cleaning them rarely works because it is the diaghram that starts leaking.
