Got a 2WD 95 4l60e that needs to be swapped. Found one on Facebook out of a 95 fbody. Will it be compatible, same shaft splines ect and plugs? Any modifications that I need to do to make it work? Thanks!

It'll bolt right up, but I'm not sure whether or not is shares the magical b@st@rdness with the trucks or not for that particular year.

Good to know I guess what I’m asking is the driveshaft going to mate with the rear output shaft? And will I have to swap out my tailhousing with that of my trucks trans. And should I expect anything different on the shifter or harness plug?

Get photos of the Camaro trans, compare to yours.

Wouldn't surprise me to find the output shaft/tailhousing/trans mount is different. Should have the same number of splines, though.

Is the Camaro trans set up for a vented driveshaft yoke, or a non-vented yoke?

No idea on wire harness/connector plug differences.

Well I bought the transmission. It looked exactly the same and measured up the same Swapped the tail shaft, added a slip yoke sleeve, shift shaft swap..

Bolted it up and now I have a 1/4”+ GAP between my Torque converter and flex plate!!! What gives!!!

NO! you need 1/16" to 1/8" spacers, with a clearance that big you have a chance of not engaging the pump gear enough and breaking it. also the converter pilot may not be seated in the back of the crank shaft correctly. I had this on a Edge brand converter and ended up returning it and getting a circle D
