Use the following at your own risk lol:

The correct way is to fill the system with nitrogen or another inert gas with low to zero moisture but…

I have put the yellow vacuum line on the output side of the vacuum pump to pressurize the system without wasting refrigerant, then sprayed soapy water everywhere to find a leak. You’ll be filing it with atmospheric air that’s full of moisture so do with that information what you will. :Big Laugh:

I used an air compressor to pump one up to 30psi to find a leak.

No vacuum, slapped in a junkyard compressor, refilled with refrigerant and sent it.

Oooo I like that little contraption. I’ve got an extra set of gauges that aren’t being used…

Some weirdness going on. Bear with me here. Normally my LTFT runs at -18% and STFT run around +2% to -2%. The fallowing was all done in the driveway.

The O2 sensor wires at the ECU all pin into C1 at 19, 20, 21, 22. Sunday i was wondering if i somehow mixed up the wires
I swapped the rear O2 sensor wires. Ran worse for sure.
I then swapped the front O2 sensor wires. Ran slightly worse still.
I then swapped the rear O2 wires to their original position. Truck ran much better but STFT was up to +30%. and had a lopey idle. I don't remember LTFT and i was tempted to leave that way but i did not.
Swapped the front O2 sensors back to original position. Truck was running a lot better for sure with LTFT running around -10% and STFT running +1.5% to -1.5%. Drove it about 10 miles after work today and it seems to be running almost perfect!
Volts are running rear between 0.1/0.7 and front O2's are running 0.3/0.7
So what did swapping the wires around and ending up in the original position do?

Sounds like you have a bad crimp possibly on a pin. OR, you had/have a bad connection between a pin on the wire and pin in the 0411.

But that's just what it sounds like. Send a "Clear-Codes" command to the ECU and make it re-learn the LTFTs again and see what it does.

I reset the codes when i put the front wires back into the original position before starting it.
Now im totally afraid to do anything that might make it messed up again. I'll just drive it a few days and see what happens.

I somehow managed to smoosh a pin when I 411 swapped the dually. A 5V reference pin for the TPS got shorted to something AC related carrying 12V. Caused a high idle every time I turned on the AC.
