If you decide on the NV4500 another option would be to get one from 96-up, use the OEM bell that came with that NV4500, put the internal slave in it, and use the 1995 master cylinder which has the same size bore as the 96-up master. The 96-up doesn’t bolt up to the firewall like the 95 and earlier hydraulic. That’s what I’ve done and that’s what Advance Adapters recommends. However AA does make a bell that would bolt up to your TBI and the NV4500, it just doesn’t work on four wheel drive units because the front driveshaft interferes with an external slave. I think it works on two wheel drive GMs, but you’d need to call them and double check. I haven’t finished bleeding my system but when I do I’ll post on here how the 92 Chevy master works with my 2005 Chevy new internal slave. I’ve gravity bled it and gotten a lot of bubbles out but just need to get some vacuum on the master to finish it up I think. I’m going to try a compressed air vacuum tool for radiators and maybe a dry vacuum bleed if needed, which I saw demonstrated on a Perfection Clutch YouTube vid.
