Been making some more progress. Ran into a bit of an issue that i was worried about. The top part of the steering rack hits the top mount of the diff which is preventing me from getting the Ackerman I wanted. I can still make it work fine with little to no bump steer but I will be stuck with anti Ackerman which the truck had from factory anyway.

"I will be stuck with anti Ackerman which the truck had from factory anyway" Whenever I back out onto the street it feels like I have a flat tires as the front bunny hops on the big tires when they bind up at full lock, then when I do a full lock u-turn it sounds like I am doing a doughnut.

This was no exact measurements but I bolted a suburban cv up and pushed it into the hub already bolted to the wheel just to Mach up cv length/angles. Angle is not great but not bad enough I think it will be an issue. The problem is the cv seems to be about 1/2” to long and I won’t be able to tuck this wheel unless I run about 2-2.5° of camber which I do not want quite that much. Not sure what my solution is yet. I cannot seem to find another factory cv that will work with my setup and is shorter. I’m not completely against cutting the fenders and bringing the lip out about an inch. Custom cvs is not in the budget rn.

Making some more progress but taking longer than expected. The odd shaped front lower control arm mount is to give the steering rack clearance. Motor mounts are done. I hope I don’t regret going to solid motor mounts because these things are stout and there is nothing to cushion the vibration.

I have solid mounts in my D100 and it's not bad. The only time I really notice it is if I lug it in too high of a gear. I'm sure that frame has more flex in it than a GMT400 though.

Nothing wrong with taking longer than expected, that's when you pick up on the sneaky little issues you didn't always notice the first time and can sort them out before going too far to go back. Your design and application is looking top notch, thank you for taking the time to share it with us all.
