I just got around to installing the Water proof HD harness for my Tahoe. It did fit under the computer on the driver side perfectly. I ran the power wire to the auxiliary post on the fuse box near the fire wall, and used the bolt for the ABS mount as a ground.

I was able to install the harness without removing my grill, plus I have my grill guard installed, with a power steering cooler, Aux fan, and trans cooler. A lot in the way!!!! But I was still able to do it.

The difference is amazing!!!! Absolutely worth it. I did my own 4 high mod years ago with relays but used the factory light harness. The factory harness is way too small. I’m so happy with the difference this harness made. Thanks!

Is it possible to order the headlight connectors with a custom length cable? Doing a project where I need heavy gauge wire to the lamps, but everything will terminate in my own secondary harness

Here’s my version of the HD headlight harness. Delivers a full 12v to headlights through 12 awg wires. 4 high mod keeps low beams on with high beams.

Made with all new materials, all connections crimped and soldered, ceramic headlight plugs, 30 amp inline fuses, 4 relay block with moveable mounting tabs and cover (one empty slot left available for any future need). Wires are long enough to enable a variety of mounting locations, including 3 foot 12v supply and ground wires.
