Not sure if this has been discussed here but the pulley can be replaced and there is no need to replace the entire tensioner assembly...BUT! the bolt that secures that pulley is LEFT HAND THREADS!!,ask how I know LOL. So...righty loosey,lefty tighty.This was on an old Dayco,I replaced it with a Gates.Hopefully this will help someone doing a search.

Yup, good catch! The bolt has to be LH thread so it doesn't come loose with engine rotation.

I repack grease in new and used pulley’s(both) and change pulley on tensioner. This is a good thread too.
