It’s the back side of the conVenice ce center iirc from when I was researching how to take the dash completely out.

the only other idea I would have is jumper the horn relay when it is happening, amd if it doesn’t happen you know it is somewhere between the horn button, column wiring and the fuse box.

Just to finish this thread off-I took some bulbs out( indicators,dipped beam) put some cooper grease on some connectors as a first step. But I don't think thus was a problen(tho obe of indicators bulbs was causing an issue too). I have a bolt behind the battery, which is a mass for something( i didn't check for what), but I also used it for my roof lights mass. Now the metal there is a bit bent and thus bolt gets undone sometimes-which happened to be the case when I took out battery to get to the headlights bulbs. I tightened it and all symptoms disappeared. So to summarise-quite often the solution is simple and rather easy to fix.
