A reasonably priced alternative, if you are just trying to bleed abs, is this unit. I just picked up on this week:

FOXWELL NT630 Plus OBD2 Scanner $130

amazon.com/dp/B07CSMJJK9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
actually got it a couple days ago for $119 but still a good deal today-

Yeah its not a great tool but it does what we need, at least on my 2000 tested and confirmed, as well as my '07.
EDIT: you know, I say that, but it seems like decent quality and a decent feature set, for the price its a pretty cheap scan tool, not a bad item to have in the tool kit.
Sadly, I'm OBD1 (1995) ... not OBD2 (96-up).

Guys, I am terribly sorry.
Life has been so in the way with school and work, that I haven't even started the 95 and ran it in a while.
Been working 6 and 7 days a week on top of school.
Go straight home and go straight to bed.

Post office is open till lunch tomorrow, I got it in a box, with all the accessories that hit came to me with. Will be at the post office as soon as they open.
I will send wildblue the tracking info as well.

I seriously haven't been intentionally holding up the flow here. I hate that I have let this happen. It shouldn't have.

Thanks for the tips. I will be checking the fuel pressure this weekend. I have ordered a new fuel filter and have new plugs and plug wires to replace the existing ones. I suspect the gauge might be indicating low since the motor feels warm, the heat works well and no other symptoms. The old thermostat was stuck open and temp never got above 100 on the gauge when I bought it.

Looks like the old TBI has got a few codes I'll work on this weekend.

Historic DTC 43, 67, 81, 82 and my 4WD LOW SW value is "yes" when it shouldn't be (truck in 2wd).

Already looked in the service manual for 43, knock sensor or wiring fault. PCM sending good voltage IAW manual specs and sensor ohm'd out correctly, but when tapping by the sensor with a hammer no knock is detected. How hard and near to the sensor should the taps be to get a reading?

The other codes I intend to troubleshoot and see if these issues are related before firing the parts cannon.

Thanks again to OP for setting this up.

EDIT 2 MAY: See thread here for my last known issue on the truck holding me up: https://www.gmt400.com/threads/pcm-or-scanner-issue.61690/

Alright, everything is looking OK, I'm chalking the 4WD Low signal issue up to a scanner read fault. Whoever gets it next, if you have a K truck let me know if you see a similar result. Who's next, looks like @HopHead357? If someone else is in front sing up and we'll get this moving along.
