Wish I had taken more pictures of the hvac box…. There’s lots of foam in it. I tried to direct the air flow as effective as possible. Sealed off the heater core and evaporator care tightly to the housing on all sides. And depending on the gap size I either used foam or felt strips everywhere the housing joined together. You can see a little poking out in this picture.ayyooo
Looks good installed. Definitely going to be referencing this when it comes time to do my ‘95. Thankfully that one isn’t cracked. But it could definitely use a reseal on all the HVAC stuff
