Finally finished the wife’s projects and got my father squared away with his stuff.
Back to my projects. Went to Jake’s Performance dropped off my torque converter. Did a cut clean re-stall to 2400 and added some balloon plates. Very reasonable. Picked up his stage 2 th400 kit then disassembled and inspected everything. Trans came apart beautifully and looks good. Have a few trips to make for work but should be able to get everything back together shortly. Gear Vendors next and while I’m waiting on that I’ll build all my wiring panels. I guess there’s enough content on here to start a separate build so I’ll get that going and provide a link.

Your build is awesome!
It's the perfect combination of rugged capable off-road rig, mixed with the adventurers spirit brought on with the overlanding equipment.
Also I liked the fishing pics. I am a big angler myself, so it is fun to see folks who share the same hobbies.

Yeah mama kicked my tail that trip and she has not let me live it down. I’d rather get my tail kicked and have her there than not though. She’s had a rough bout lately but is all healed up and ready to go some more. This week hope to setup another build page for the red truck and start back fishing again. There isn’t much left to build on the brown one and honestly it runs and drives extremely well for what I want it to do.
An atlas transfer case is the only real mod I want.

Walked out to this Friday morning and was pretty sad. Not even mad just glad it didn’t keep burning. The AC control box appears to be where it started. It will be a complete rewire. Probably do a drag car wiring setup and see if I can fabricate a Sheetmetal dash. I wasn’t going to mess with the truck because it was dialed. I have a terminator x digital dash and a LY6 probably just gonna toss it in while it’s down.
Trying to find a saddle interior will be difficult to say the least. My seats trashed from the headliner melting.
Got started this morning tearing into it after fishing all weekend with the wife. I needed to take my mind off it and start with a cool head and I think it worked. I’ll update as it rolls man.
