I don't think it is servicable. I have the service manuals and it dosn't show that connection as a servicable repair. I think you need a new fuel rail. They used to be available on Rockauto but I don't see them there now. If you replace it use extreme care pushing the metal injector retainers on the plastic ears on the rail. They break off very easy. I recommend you replace the fuel pressure regulator too while you have it all apart.
