Thanks, i am searching for the schematic rn, i was wondering if i can match every wiring to the color it matches.
It does look like some of the stock wiring is there, but there's no doubt that some of that wiring is aftermarket, so it will not match the color found in the schematic.

Also apparently the 2 relays in here are not included in the schematic, so yeah, i first need to figure out what of the connector wires go to the relays

Yeah, relays are almost always going to be located in either an under-hood or under-dash fuse/relay box. A standalone relay, especially two of them, as you see there, that's not going to exist from the factory. Whoever hacked the harness, they installed the relay to bypass the stock wiring.

Upper left corner gray and tan with 2-pin connector I believe should be the speaker wiring. You'll need to confirm by finding the audio system schematic.

Those look like someone installed a keyless remote door lock system.

Ah ok. So then there's a receiver somewhere on the truck?
There should be but who knows? I'd check the relays for continuity. There's a thread a while back where @Wh4t3v3rs posted a hand drawn schematic of how they should be wired.

Edit: When we did my 88, we hid the receiver under the dash and the relays inside the driver's side kick panel. Spliced the wires in the door.
