Camber maybe-mine was like this. And my rear axle is similar-right wheels sits deeper in the well than left. I measured ot one day and seem ok to the chassis-I've read somewhere (few sources, different models)that some bodies were off from factory, tho mainly rear was concerned.

Leveled out turning plates on the garage floor with Joes Racing alignment tool. Camber on passenger side is -0.75 and driver is -0.60ish...it's a bubble leveler. Toe was set off the frame on the drivers side then toed in 1/8th. Those pictures are with the steering wheel turned slightly to the passenger side from pulling into the garage. But if you look at the top of the fenders in each picture you can clearly see the passenger side is out further at the top of the tire.

My truck has the exact same issue, it’s not an alignment issue, the passenger tire is about 1/2” further out. It’s not knuckles either because mine was like this with factory and custom knuckles.

Man I was starting to think I was going crazy...I've built a few older Chevy trucks and K5's so I'm used to things being slightly "off" from factory but half an inch is a lot. Any ideas as to what could remedy this? Is it only some trucks? Or do all have the issue and it's just gone unnoticed?

my truck has had a front end wreck before so I assumed that’s why mine was off a bit, I’ve never been able to find the source of why each side is different everything looks straight. I think some of my issue is the fender is pushed in a bit but the hood gap looks good so I don’t think that’s the entire 1/2”

The wreck was before I ever owned the truck so I’m not sure the extent of the damage.

I just pushed over the core support and front clip but it really messed up the body lines and gaps...and it didn't really help out that much. Such a weird issue. I also can't find where the 1/2 is coming from.

Is the floor perfectly flat?
Maybe it's been wrecked and the frame is bent?
