They have pre-sets in a computer, and choose the car they are aligning. So dumbasses can do it, but then if it strays from that at all, they're lost.

I had a modified MX5 once, and wanted particular numbers for an alignment. The guy didn't have a clue on how to do that. Luckily in poking around, he brought up the specs for an RX8, that got him in the neighborhood he needed to be in. It all boiled down to the icons on screen, going from red to green when it hit the numbers. :rolleyes:
