95 tahoe I bought is missing most of the solenoid/TB to evap canister line.

Can I just used gas rated hose? Is there a part number for this line? Ebay didn't really turn up anything, I imagine most people would just chuck them for whatever reasons (I'm sure those reasons fall in with CATS ARE BAD, but still).

Of the proper size. They used to use hose for that. Now it's more of a formed-plastic tubing with rubber ends.

Is there a part number for this line?
Sure. But you can bet that it's long-discontinued.

I have heard of folks buying coils of the plastic tubing, and putting the bends into it with a heat gun and some cleverness.

I don't know where you'd get the plastic tubing. McMaster-Carr, perhaps. The local parts store, maybe.

There's also the Treasure Yard, if they've got a similar vehicle, and the plastic tubing isn't brittle.

Sounds like my best bet is some proper size rubber fuel line then.

Not many junk yards around my area, and they really don't keep older stuff.

Does the inside diameter of the hose matter? Mine was taken out when the drive belt went and I rigged up some fuel line with clamps but the id is significantly bigger since I removed the rubber ends on both the tbi and canister and just fitted the new hose over.
