Does anyone know what the size of the blocks for the rear are for a stock 1998 k1500? The lift blocks that go under the leaf springs. My truck has some lift block in it that makes it nose dive and I can’t find what the original size for them are. I measured the blocks that are in my truck and it’s 3 inches tall.

4wd's do site taller than 2wd, but there is still no block. Last time GM used blocks was the 1960-66 trucks. I never messes with the 67-72, so not sure if they used em or not. If it has the California rake that bad, take the block out n see where it sits. Maybe crank the front a wee to level it out...

Really? Not even the k1500? I thought the 4x4s sat a little taller than the 2wd
They do because of a longer leaf spring hangers and taller tires than the ones on 2wd trucks.

The forward leaf hangers are 2" lower than the 2wd. And as for tires...
4×2: 235/75/15 ~ 28"

4x4: 245/75/16 ~ 30"
or: 265/75/16 ~ 32"

(They started using them again in 1999 with the redesigned and newly named Silveraydo gmt800 and associated SUV's)
